We first tried the Oral-B Vitality Dual Clean on a whim. We needed an electric toothbrush, but were on a tight budget. We’ve tried our fair share of higher-end models, like Sonicare brushes and Oral-B’s Triumph 5000, so we weren’t expecting much from a brush that costs less than £20.
Of course, this model does have some flaws (more on that soon), but it gets the job done, and it does it well.
- Removes 2x more plaque than a standard toothbrush
- Two minute timer ensures that you brush for the dentist-recommend time
- Compatible with all oscillating and rotating brush heads
- Easy to use
- Poor battery life
The only issue we had with this brush was its poor battery life. Unfortunately, it seems to get shorter over time, and charging sometimes takes 10+ hours. At one point, it was only holding a charge for three days. But for the price, it’s hard to complain about this one flaw. If you had to replace the brush once per year, you’d still save more compared to more expensive models.Click here to buy the Oral-B Vitality Dual Clean toothbrush today.
Oral-B Vitality Dual Clean Review
The Vitality doesn’t have any fancy features. It doesn’t even have any cleaning modes. But what it does have is a brush head that can perform 7,600 rotations per minute, and bristles that rotate and oscillate to blast away plaque.
And if you tend to brush for less than two minutes, the Dual Clean will get you back on the right track. The built-in timer will ensure that you always brush for the recommended two-minute time.
We also want to note that this model is compatible with all Oral-B brush heads that oscillate and rotate.
The oscillation and rotation movement that this brush offers gives you a deep clean and removes more plaque than a regular toothbrush.
Vitality Dual Clean Features
- Oscillation and rotation action
- 7600 rpm
- Two minute timer
- Coloured ring to distinguish each person’s brush
If you’re looking for a simple, affordable electric toothbrush that will give you a deep clean while ensuring that you brush for two minutes every time, the Dual Clean is a great choice. The battery issue is a minor inconvenience, and it seems as though the issue may have been resolved by Oral-B. The brush itself cleans just as well as models that cost well over £100.Click here to buy the Oral-B Vitality Dual Clean toothbrush today.
